Visiting us
On your first visit, Julian or Anne will take a full case history which considers your symptoms and past medical history.
They will explain the diagnosis and discuss your treatment plan with you. They will be pleased to answer any questions that you may have.
Treatment is gentle and pain free. It includes specific rhythmical joint articulations, soft tissue release techniques, massage, stretching and muscle activation techniques.

Osteopaths are primary health care professionals whose training is founded upon medical and clinical sciences.
Julian Phillipson and Anne Ford are fully qualified osteopaths and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.
Anne has worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children where she was awarded her MSc in paediatric and osteopathy for pregnancy.
